We believe that we offer a great service and if we don’t then we want to know about it! We only have 3 month contract on our migration and we offer a chance to opt out of our contracts at any time so you will never be forced to stay with us if you really don’t want to. Platinum Extreme Unlimited Bandwidth Guaranteed Terms and Conditions
Customers signing up for platinum extreme offer are subject to the following terms and conditions and service terms and conditions (http://www.allfastaccess.com/terms.php) and must agree to these before payout can be made.
Refunds are only given to any decrease of service during the first three months from activation date. Refunds cannot be made during the first 10 days from the service being activated. Refunds are for 3 months fee of £26.99 for migrating to another IPStream provider. Refunds will also given to static IPs purchased. Ceasing the line which includes but not limited to migrating to an LLU provider occur a £7 fee. All Fast Access will not refund new installation fees or additional services which includes but not limited to hardware and software.
Refunds are only applicable to usage restrictions and not to customers satisfactory rights.
Customers may choose to pay £20 at any time is discontinue with their migration service during their 3 month contract.
Customers who are setting up a new installation are subject to pay the necessary installation fees and are subject to 12 month contract. £30 is payable to discontinue any contract during the 12 month period. Any installation fees cannot be refunded.
All Fast access refuses to make payouts to any customer who breaks the terms and conditions which they agree prior to signing up. All Fast Access holds full responsibility not to make payouts if necessary or they believe that the terms and conditions have been abused. Refunds will not be carried out if enforcements are made out of All Fast Access's control.
All Fast Access will only pay out refunds if they contact customers regarding the following (A) Closing your account and asking you to leave due to over usage. (B) Charge customers additional fees due to over usage (C) Restrict any services, includes but not limited to speed restrictions, time restrictions or P2P restrictions. Charges may occur on any refund issued by us which our payment provider takes. This can depend on your payment type.
