How much will this cost
Migration is free for platinum packages if migrating from an IPStream provider. The contract is only 3 months which can be canceled at any time if you are not satisfied with us.

What is an MAC code?
An MAC code is normally 10 or 12 alphanumeric characters followed by a / and then 5 alphanumeric characters e.g. FTIP12345678/CB12N. This is used to transfer from one broadband supplier to another.
Can I transfer from any ISP?
Migration can take place from any ISP which provides MAC codes on ADSL lines
How long does migration take?
Migration to All Fast Access takes roughly 7 to 15 days to complete.
What if I am not on IPStream, can I still migrate?
Any customer who is not on an IPStream line type (e.g. LLU or DataStream) can migrate providing their ISP offers MAC codes. Migration usually takes longer than 15 days and downtime is one to two hours on average*. This downtime is in place as a cease and a re-provide needs to be carried out on the line. This process will cost £35 with a 12 month contract. Please contact your ISP if you wish to find out whether or not you are on an IPStream.
