- Metered/unmetered single/dual IPStream asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL)
- Pay as you go dial up
- unmetered symmetric digital subscriber line (SDSL)

4. Complaints Procedure
Turbo Solutions Internet Communications Ltd takes our customers extremely seriously and should any customer experience anything which they wish they feel they are not satisfied with they should immediately tell the member of staff from customer service.
Should this not resolve the issue or feel they cannot approach the member of staff with this complaint they should contact customerservice@turbosolutions.co.uk with the full details of the complaint they wish to arise. Turbo Solutions Internet communications Ltd will have 12 weeks to resolve the issue, however if either Turbo Solutions Internet Communications Ltd does not or cannot resolve the issue then customers may seek advice of Independent organisation, Telecommunications Ombudsman. Please do not contact Telecommunications Ombudsman prior to the 12 week of complaint notification
